She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Shipman and Lou Shipman; her daughter Nelda K. Sutton-Walker of Mineola; her granddaughter Dawn Marie Abernathy of San Jose; her daughters, Raegan and Kennedy; her granddaughter Megan Ann Roan (Ethan); her great grandchildren, Lawson, William and Rowdy of Mineola; her sister Sammye Lou Chapman of Seymour; her husband Raymond Cecil Sutton; her former husband Roscoe English; and her brother Darwin. She was also cherished by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Vera Cemetery.
