It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Teskey (Quitman, Texas), born in Great Falls, Montana, who passed away on October 26, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Ray and George Edison Teskey; and his siblings, Margurite Teskey Lockley and James Dale Teskey. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Helm Teskey; his children, Bobby Teskey (Cecelia), Terry Teskey (Virginia) and Cheryl Teskey Staggers (Allen Staggers); his grandchildren, Traci Teskey-Hollis (Terry Hollis), Michael Teskey (Anissa), Alicia Teskey Stanley (Rick), Julia Teskey Weger (Kenneth Weger), Travis Teskey, Matthew Teskey (Tasha), Joshua Teskey, Colby Teskey, Micah Teskey (Shelley), Jennifer Huggins, Jason Huggins, Ty Staggers and Trent Staggers (Meredith); his great grandchildren, Jake Teskey, Sydney Teskey, Tyler Teskey, Jessie Weger, Jacee Weger, Kenley Ann Weger, Tatumn Teskey, Cabot Teskey, Brooklyn Teskey, Ethan Teskey and Piper June Staggers; his son Jeff Wickwire; and his friends, Olen, Sandie Manning, Jane Owen and Helen Antram. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to a Christian ministry of their choice.
