It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Goodwin of Quitman, Texas, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Geneva Shergalis and Stanley Shergalis; her stepmother Dorothy Riddick Shergalis; and her parents-in-law, Reed and Christene Goodwin.
She is survived by: her husband Gale Goodwin of Quitman, TX; her stepson Steven Goodwin (Sandie Goodwin) of Scroggins, TX; her grandchildren, Alison Soeder (Jeremy Soeder) and Reed Goodwin of Scroggins, TX; her sisters, Debbie Sevier (Scott Sevier) of Shreveport, LA and Pamela Marange of Elm Grove, LA; her sister-in-law Joy-Dell Scheller (Eddie Scheller) of Cordell Oklahoma; her nephews, Daniel Sevier, Justin Sevier and Walt Roberts; and her niece Gina Thain.
