It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Kay Burks-Lee of Quitman, Texas, born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Isaiah Lee of Quitman; her daughter Opal Jade Lee of Quitman; her parents, William "Bill" Burks and Suzann Burks of Quitman; her siblings, Koby Ethan Burks (Gigi) of Eagle Pass and Alyssa Jane Hadley (Thomas) of Overton, TX; her nieces, Lyanna Skyler Burks and Audrey Burks; and her parents-in-law, Thomas and Heidi Lee of Quitman. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
