He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Phillips and Clara Disney Phillips of Overton, TX; and his brother Phil Wayne "Scooter" Phillips of Henderson, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Galloway Phillips of Winnsboro; and his children, Brenda Hoffer (Michael) of Fort Worth, Glenda Brown (Jack) of Riviera and Randy Phillips (Glorie) of Austin. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many extended family and friends.
