She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Meter, Jr. and Lina Whittinton; her daughter Tracy Candelaria; and her granddaughter Kinsey Brooke Candelaria. She is survived by: her grandson Corbyn Standlee; her daughter Tawnya Lucero of Capitan, NM; her son-in-law David Lucero of Capitan, NM; her daughter Torey Ives of Edmond, OK; her son-in-law Curtis Ives of Edmond, OK; her daughter Tara Hurt of Oklahoma City, OK; her sons-in-law, Sam Hurt of Oklahoma City, OK and Sonny Candelaria of Roswell, NM; and her sister Jim Beth Respondek of Idalou, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three nieces; and two nephews.
