She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Moore and Ruth Moore; her husband Billy Pinkerton; her siblings, Stanley Andrew Moore and Wanda Faye Bynum; and her nephews, Paul Bynum and Craig Pinkerton.
She is survived by: her children, Vera Ruth Pinkerton, Thomas Andrew Pinkerton and Brumbach Stephens III; her siblings-in-law, Ray Bynum, Leland Pinkerton, Janet Moore and Linda Pinkerton; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Landon, Laranda, Marci, Makayla, Abby, Clayton, Kelcey, Payton, Ashley and Pryce. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Quitaque Wednesday (335 Main St, Quitaque, TX 79255). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Turkey Church of Christ (501 Bell Ave, Turkey, TX 79261). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dreamland Cemetery.
