He was predeceased by: his father Edward Lee. He is survived by: his mother Etta Marie Elliott; his wife Amanda Denise; his children, Jacie Nicole, Brook Manon, Kori Lynn and Bryar Joseph; and his siblings, Dwayne, Pam, Sunny and Jerry.
