He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frederick Schutz, Sr. and Elizabeth Fox Schutz; and his siblings, Darlene Craig and Charles Schutz. He is survived by: his wife Florence "Flo" Schutz; his daughter Kim Ewing; his grandchildren, Kristin Cripps (Jacob) and Dane Ewing (Rose); his great grandchildren, Eleanor Cripps, Meredith Cripps, Liam Ewing and Landon Ewing; and his sister JoAnne Sova. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Community Church (5500 Sayle St, Greenville, TX 75402).
