He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Studabaker and Lillan Emma Merritt; his wife Nina Studabaker; his son Jeffery Studabaker; and his siblings, Carlos, Leo, Jimmy, Clara Ann and Eileen.
He is survived by: his son John Studebaker Jr. (Alana Keal); his grandchildren, Jeffery Studabaker, Cecilia Studabaker, Jaymes Studabaker, Sonya Moyer, Ashley Bell and John Burnau Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Garrett, Gohn, Elijah, Layanah, Neveah, Ava, Bentley, Emily, Logan and Yvonne.
