He is survived by: his wife Gail Cathey; his daughter Christina Armstrong (Diamonte); his siblings, Butch Cathey of Quinlan, TX, Bill Cathey of Denham Springs, LA, Ann Medina of Bedford, TX and Donna Storey of Richardson, TX; and his grandchildren, Kayden, Karter and DJ Armstrong. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
