We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, at the age of 93, Charles Ralph Norris of Quinlan, Texas, born in Quitman, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Williams and John T. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Wallace; his children, Charlotte Buchanan, Gene Norris, Rebecca Smith (Randy) and Tracie Williams (John); his grandchildren, Adam Buchanan, Bobby Buchanan, Clay Buchanan (Angelina), Alison Guardiola (Jimmy), Emily Hernandez (Jonathan), Dillon Smith, Taylor Williams and Grayson Williams; and his great grandchildren, Jonah Buchanan, Isaac Buchanan, Audie Hernandez, Albert Smith, Arwen Smith, Levi Guardiola and Noah Guardiola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
