She is survived by: her husband John T Lewis; her children, John Lewis Jr. (Shauna) and Christi Williams; her grandchildren, Chandler Grayson Lewis and Madison Joy Clark (Matt); her siblings, David Baugh, Chris Baugh, Michael Baugh (Tim) and Mary Ader (Michael); and her pet Rocky. She is also survived by many loving friends, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
