She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Ferguson and Edna Ferguson; her husband Alford Wayne Waid; her son Arnold Glen Waid; her siblings, Alfred Ferguson, Curtis Ferguson, Marveline Lynchard and Diane Bartlett; and her grandson Arnold Waid.
She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Waid (Mary) of Elgin, Texas and Jean Marlene Waid of Morgantown, Kentucky; her brother Orville "Fudge" Ferguson of Atlanta, Texas; and her grandchildren, Christina Montemayor (Jacob), David Waid, Mandy Dawn Waid, Ricky Waid, Jesaca Travasos and Joanie Lucas (Joey).
