She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Jackson "AJ" Washington; her parents, Joe Mosley and Hettie Mosley (Smith); her siblings, Bishop Mosley, Joe Mosley, Tommy Mosley and Hettie "Huddie" Leary (Mosley); her nieces and nephews, Bishop Bradley, I, Tommy "Woody" Mosley, Jerry Munleryn, Darrell Coleman, Clifford Larry, Johnny Bonner, Rosemary Branch and Ingrid Onyejiaka; her great-nephews, Marshall Branch and I. W. Booker Jr.; her close friend Lois Williamson; and also Ke'Shaughn Mosley.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Jefferson Davis, Mickey Bradley, Dwayne Wiesenger, Ricky Bradley, Patricia Bonner, Faye Booker, Dorothy Sullivan, Mary Mosley, Jessica Washington, Anissa Hatcher and Rita Hannibal; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Corey Mosley, Iziah Branch, Gerald Gaston, Selvis Moore Lewis, Ouida Mosley Augustus (Daniel), Hettie Marie Franklin, Kia Wright, Alexis Frasier, Samantha Weems, Danielle Hughes, Ashley Bradley, LaTonya Gaston, Vickie Bonner and Chandra Booker; her nieces, Khloe Augustus and K'Mya Branch; her cousin Lillie Willis; her sister-in-law Mabel Jean Eason; her close friends, Valerie Johnson, Laverne Smith, Maurine Dickerson, Evangelist Moore, John and Faye Birmingham; and also, David Augustus, Oriana Mosley, Tejana Augustus, Renee Augustus, Tashai Jones (D.
