He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Heath (Willis) and Noble Heath Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Eric D Heath of Texarkana, AR and Randy D Heath of Atlanta, TX; and his goddaughter Rosie Booth of Queen City, TX.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
