With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Young Prator of Queen City, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Morris; her husband Bobby Prator; her son Jennings Kyle Young; her half-sister Lois Norris; her mother Helen Morris Tiffin; and her stepfather J. C. Tiffin.
She is survived by: her sons, Morris Keith Young (Paula) of Queen City and Thomas Kerry Young (Sharon) of Queen City, Texas; her stepson Jimmy Lee Young (Vickie) of Jessup, Maryland; her grandchildren, Brian Young (Leigh Ann), Christina Trowler (Derik), Daulton Young (Maia Brown) and Cassidy Young; and her great grandchildren, Anna Leigh Young, Nicholas Trowler and Ethan Trowler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hanner Funeral Service (103 W Main St, Atlanta, TX 75551). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
