“I learned just today that Lawanna had passed away. I'd tried calling to just see how she was doing several times over the last few months and kept getting a fax machine. I had visited with her a few times in person and several times on the phone about the Blount genealogy, as I am cousin to John Blount, although on another line that separated at my gg-grandfather, Stephen, and his brother, Edward. I will miss her and all her knowledge. God Bless. Condolences to her family. Douglas Athas”
