We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2022, at the age of 61, Joni Marie Gardner of Queen City, Texas, born in Freeport, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Johnston and Mary Ann Johnston; and the father of her children Boyd Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Adam Sierra (Crystal) of Angleton, Jason Gardner of Atlanta, Texas, Courtney Gardner of Queen City and Jennifer Dawson (Dustin) of Atlanta, Texas; her sisters, Janet Johnston of Lake Jackson and Judy Mears (Troy) of Lake Jackson, Texas; and her grandchildren, Rebel Gardner, Reagan Gardner, Remington Gardner, Audrey Sierra, Mallory Sierra, Cayden Dawson, Payten Dawson, Ava Bautista, Annabelle Bautista and Aubree Bautista.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
