She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Z. Payne and Willie Bell Payne (Moore); and her siblings, J. Horace Payne, James Harvest Payne, Joe Edward Payne, Ola Mae King (Payne) and Arner Duell Payne.
She is survived by: her son Stacy Deon Payne of Seagoville, TX; and her sister Mary Heard of Atlanta, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and very special friends.
