He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Clarence Cook and Lois Aileene Cook (Head); and his daughters, Tina Marie Cook, Melissa Carol Cook and Theresa.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Lois Cook and Katherine Louise; and his children, Larry Edward Cook (Becky) of Libert Eylau, TX and Crystal. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
