With solemn reverence, we commemorate Janet Sue Spangler of Quanah, Texas, whose life came to an end on January 24, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Poole and Mildred Poole (Lowry). She is survived by: her husband John Spangler of Quanah; her sons, Robert Spangler (Terri) of Quanah, Steven Spangler (Monica) of San Antonio and Matthew Spangler (Alyssa) of Quanah; her grandchildren, Destiny of Brittany, RJ, Kendra, Kayla, Kylee, Diamond, Blayke, Skylar, Gracelyn and Emilie; her great grandchildren, Kenlee, Kayson, Liam, Kori and Stiles; and her sisters, Sharon Carroll, Delores Smith and JoAnn Lane.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (210 W 3rd St, Quanah, TX 79252).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Trinity Baptist Church in Janet's honor.
