He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank, Jr. O'Neal and Essie Mae O'Neal (Huff); his stepdaughter Christi Briggs Ayala; and his siblings, Cotton O'Neal and Patsy Mayfield.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Edwards of Quanah and Jill O'Neal Roberts of Wichita Falls; his stepson Bobby Briggs of Keller, Texas; and his siblings, Bertha Woods, Christie Riley of Quanah, Kathy Miller of Rosebud, Texas, Ricky O'Neal, Allen O'Neal, Jimmy O'Neal of Quanah and Jody O'Neal of Valliant, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 5 grandsons; and 2 great grandchildren.
