We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2022, at the age of 84, Phillip Dean Ozment of Quail, Texas, born in Holdenville, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillip Dean Ozment to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Ozment and Hazel Ozment; and his brothers, Dick (Tubes), David and Pat.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Chronister; his children, Phillip (Joanne) and Roxanne Forster (Peter); his grandchildren, Jason Ozment (Rachel), Graeme Forster and Emily Forster; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Ozment and Elizabeth Ozment. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any desired contributions be made to Texas Children's Hospital in Phil's name.
