He is survived by: his wife Pam Langley of Quail; his sons, Curtis Neeley (Jonna) of Sunray and David Neeley (Cari) of Amarillo; his sister Lonetta Ingram (Jim) of Wylie, TX; his grandchildren, Ryan Neeley, Sarah, Mary Cate Smith, Reggie, Mac Hester, Madison, Hayden Neeley, Victoria, Colby Neeley, Meghan, Aaron Neeley and Carly Neeley; and his great grandchildren, Lana, Mia, D. J. Smith, Maxton, Cohen Neeley, Carter, Carson Neeley, Kara Hester and Victory Neeley.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Quail Booster Club or the Quail Cemetery.
