It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Kay Newman of Putnam, Texas, born in Grand Junction, Colorado, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Edward and Rose Hope Newman (Mammich); his son Michael Wayne Hill; and his siblings, Tom Newman, Betty Morlan, Ruth White and Kelley Sue Abney.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Paul Newman of Cisco, Kristina Kay Newman (Jeffrey Olson) of Westminster, Anna Marie Wood (Michael) of Fort Worth and Christal Rose Newman of Putnam; his stepson Gerald Pacheco of Denver, Colorado; his siblings, Clinton Newman (Peggy) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Roberta Visto of Bakersfield and Sheila Abney of Pahrump, Nevada; his sister-in-law Sara Newman of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Adam Newman of Denver, Jaydon Newman-Murr of Costa Rica, Courtney Pacheko, Kayla Pacheco and Kaytlin Pacheco. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
