She is survived by: her husband Andy Chuck Shadwick of Purdon, Texas; her sisters, Dallas Lazzarini of Mesa and Karen Flowers of Lexington; and her children, Michael Jenkins of Sand Point, Rachael Diane LaRiviere of Temple, Adam Badawieh of Arlington, Texas, Elizabeth Elsworth of Arlington and Andreas Jason Shadwick of Grand Prairie, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
