He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wallace Page and Evelyn Urbick. He is survived by: his children, Dana Grace Cournoyer (Raph), David Page (Ann) and Merideth Page; and his siblings, Peggy Lindsey, Shirley Dane and Perman Page.
