He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Arterberry and Mable Starks. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hill of Providence Village, TX; his son Maurice Arterberry of Denton, TX; his stepsons, Hayvard Broussard of Pearland, TX, Juan Broussard of Houston, TX and Jody Broussard of Los Angeles, CA; his daughters, Leah Cook (Edgar Jr.) of Lewisville, TX, Linda Hill (Larry) of Denton, TX, Ericka Draper (James) of Frisco, TX and DeJaniero Lloyd (Paul) of Orange, CA; and his sister Alice Crusher of Guthrie, OK. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
