He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Howard and Elizabeth Ann Cody; and his brother William Edward Howard Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Howard of Arlington, TX; his children, Amy Walker (Doug) of Prosper, TX and Rob Howard (Rachel) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Landry Walker, Colton Walker, Murphy Howard and Louisa Howard; his sister Ann Miller (Bill) of Dallas, TX; and his sister-in-law Linda Howard of Bordentown, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
