He was predeceased by: his parents, Meldrum Bailey and Betty Jo Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Martiza Bailey; his children, Lisa (Brandon Mann), Kelvin (Emilee Bailey) and Krystal Bailey; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Lydia, Tristan, Jason and Veronica. He is also survived by seven siblings, and his second family.
