It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Winfrey in Prosper, Texas, born in Sulphur Springs, Texas, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Winfrey (Campbell); his wife Fran; and his parent Pate Winfrey. He is survived by: his children, Bill Winfrey of Frisco, Tami Dale (Hugh) of Prosper and Kim Wortham (Gary) of Bells; and his brother Jim Winfrey (Wanda) of Sulphur Springs. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
