She is survived by: her husband Leonard Athey; her son Douglas; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Athey; her son Dwayne Athey; her daughter-in-law Cassie Shook; her sister Frankie Kennedy; and her grandchildren, Michael, Crysta Athey, Jessica, Chris Medaris, Stephani Athey and Tiffany Starbuck. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
