He is survived by: his wife Jackie Helm Mack; his daughters, Melissa Mack Morgan (Caleb), Leslie LaFollette, Tara Norris (Kirk), Jenny Taylor and John Kheit; his grandchildren, Irina Norris Smith, Ellie, Elijah, Brody Norris, Sarah Taylor, Jake, Charlotte and Natalie Morgan; his great grandchildren, Max Smith and Nikki Smith; his nephew Mack Harrison; his son Greg; his cousins, Wendell, Butch, Moseley, Robert Gantt and Glenda Vee Dixon; and also, Tanya, Donna Murphy, Larry Murphy, Tyler, Lucas, DeLois, James Garner and Jane Hale. He is also survived by daughter as well his bonus daughters.
