He was predeceased by: his father John Robert Fulton, Sr.; his brothers, Lloyd Ray Fulton and Jerry Lee Fulton; and his nephews, Billy Ray Fulton and Robbie Baye Fulton.
He is survived by: his son John Carl Debs Fulton (Jackie) of McKinney, Texas; his siblings, Grace Fulton Kisling (Ronnie) of Dardanelle and Danny Mace Fulton (Judy) of Dardanelle; his grandchildren, Sheldon Fulton (Brittnee) and Stefhanie Calzada (Samuel); and his great grandchildren, Landen Fulton, Reyden Fulton, Thalia Calzada and Giovanni Calzada.
