She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Paige; and her stepfather Howard Hulse. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Borchert; her children, Dean Borchert of Princeton, TX and Katie; her son-in-law Conner Martin-Borchert of Denver, CO; her mother Patricia Hulse of Horseheads, NY; and her sisters, Denise Boise (Kenneth) of Sherburne, NY and Shari Paige-Rich (Richard) of Horseheads, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
She harbored a deep affection for the natural world and passed that love onto her children, donating to conservation efforts and sponsoring endangered species.
