He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Perez and Socorro Perez. He is survived by: his wife Estela Perez; his daughter Patricia "Tricia" Ann Rodriguez (Jose "Joe" Fernando); and his siblings, Elias Perez, Cayetano Perez, Paloma Perez, Jesus Perez and Elvira Limas. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
