He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rocha Zuniga and Mauricia Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Salustia Rocha; his children, Martin Rocha (Araceli), Ambrosio Rocha (Maria Norma Rocha), Maria Oliva Escobedo (Noe Escobedo), Jose Rocha (Angelina), Candelaria Alfaro (Fransisco), Gumaro Rocha (Nereyda), Felipe Rocha (Maria G. Garza) and Ximena Lares (Jose N. Lares); his sister Apololnia Rocha Hernandez; and his stepsister Rosalva Rocha Martinez. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, masks or face coverings are strongly recommended, however not required, for the health and safety of all those in attendance for a visitation or service.
