We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2023, at the age of 96, Celia Ramos of Presidio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Oscar Ramos Valenzuela. She is survived by: her children, Yolanda, Roberto, Alma, Martha and Delma. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandkids, 4 great great-grandchildren.
