He was predeceased by: his parents, Amalia Lozano and Arturo D. Lozano; and his father-in-law Gilberto Lopez. He is survived by: his significant other Araceli Lopez; his partner's children, Alyssa, Arnold and Armin; his children, Arturo Lozano IV (Azalia) of Premont, Texas, Alyssa M. Perez (Ernesto) of Banquete, Texas, Arnoldo Lozano (Irma) of Laredo, Texas and Armin Lozano (Alyssa) of Laredo, Texas; his siblings, Patricia Lozano, Maria Ana Hinojosa and Jose Maria Lozano (Maria); and his grandchildren, Ariana, Layla, Amalia, Arabella, Eva, Ana and Camila. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
