She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clark and Sarah Clark (Profitt); her son Harold Duane Maze Jr.; her grandchildren, Brandon Sean Owens and Meagan Maze; and her brothers, John and Rick Clark of Ohio.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Maze Sr. of LaRue; her children, Tammie Havelka (Ray) of Bland and Jammie Maze (Rashonda) of Brownsboro; her daughter-in-law Laura Maze of Murchison; her daughter Melissa Owens (Chad) of LaRue; her siblings, Eugene Clark of Ohio and Donna Brown of Ohio; her grandchildren, Brittany, Tristan, Tyler, Caleigh, Courtney, Sarah, Emily, Aiden, Payton, Caitlin and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Braelyn, Maylah and Milynne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
