He is survived by: his significant other Glenda Welch; his mother Jarrell Dean Bates; his children, Kayla Mills Rivero (David), Payton Mills (Kyla) and Bradley Welch (Ashley); his brothers, Glen Welch (Melissa), William Welch (Ashley) and Rodney Welch (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Brynlee Mills, Braycee Cantrell, Liam Welch and Byscen Welch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
