He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelley Elijah Phillips and Mary Lucille Brisendine Phillips; and his wife Jeanette Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Williams; his grandchildren, Annette Derden, Brittney Bird (Chris) and Nathan Wilks; his great grandchildren, Kenzlie, Julian, Hunter Garner, Zaiden Davis and Saveya Derden; and his brothers, Stephen Glenn Phillips (Cheryl) and John Hardy Phillips (Billie). He is also survived by extended family and was also expecting more great grandchildren.
