He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Thurman Ramsey and Opal Francis Alvord Ramsey; his wife Mary Ramsey; his son Kurt Ramsey; his grandson Mack Brawley; and his siblings, Myrna Jones, Fawn Brashier and Ercil Ramsey.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Frances Freeman; his children, Lynn Ramsey (Barbara), Ben Ramsey (Jeannie) and Bronis Ramsey; his daughter-in-law Robbie Ramsey; his grandchildren, Ashley Ramsey, Brittany Ramsey, Chas Ramsey, Kaleb Ramsey and Tonetta Brawley; his great grandchildren, Preston, Levi, Hunter, Caspen and Jett; and his siblings, Iris Coney and Lucky Ramsey.
