He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Neugent and Zela Neugent; and his siblings, Roger Neugent, Dorothy Stevens, Rosemary Boggs and Linda Blackwood.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Natalie and Nathaniel (Nicki); his grandson Connor; his sister Martha Stolfa (John); and his sister-in-law Judy Fuller (James). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church - Hurst (521 W Pipeline Rd, Hurst, TX 76053).
