He is survived by: his wife Saundra "Lee" Locke; his children, David Higbee, Audrey Kennedy and Bill Higbee; his grandchildren, HaiLeigh, Rachel Kennedy, Michelle and Chris Privett; his nephew Brian Exum (Breanna); and his great-nephews, Andrew Exum (Georgiana), Austin Exum and Blaine Ash.
