He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Wayne Stegall. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Leffel of Powderly; and his siblings, Gwen Crutcher (Buddy) of Cooper and Glenn Stegall (Diane). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
