It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lane Johnson of Powderly, Texas, born in Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lamastas Johnson and Violet Anderson Johnson; and his grandson Tyler Juhlin. He is survived by: his wife Connie Gentle; his children, Marie Chapman (Benny), Shauna Johnson-Janow and Toshia Rodríguez; and his grandson Trenton Juhlin. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews along with a host of friends.
