He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Locke and Johnye Webb Locke. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Dodson; his son Brian Exum (Breanna) of Powderly; his grandsons, Andrew Exum of Powderly, Austin Exum of Powderly and Blaine Ash of Powderly; his brother Steve Locke (Lee) of Powderly; his nephews, David Higbee of Powderly and Bill Higbee of Quinlan; his uncle Gerald Locke of Denison; his sister-in-law Nancy Dodson (Pat Shaw) of Frisco; and his close friend Tina Carlowe.
