He was predeceased by: his brother Lee McDonald; and his grandparents, Elmer, Lula Bonner, John and Sena Bell McDonald.
He is survived by: his parents, Forrest "Sonney" and Earnestine Bonner McDonald; his wife Ena Dawn McDonald; his son Kolten McDonald; his stepsons, Brent Black (Bessi) and Mitchell Black (Brooke); his grandchildren, Levi, Sarah, Olivia and Bellamy; his sisters, Leslie James (Ken) and Lisa Adamson (Wes); his nieces and nephews, Courtney Bedford, Conley Evans, Chelsey Fox, Dustin White and Eric White; and his pet Elvis. He is also survived by 4 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews.
